This work aims to assist in the preservation of edified and urban heritage of APAC Marechal Hermes. The main objective is to contribute to the memory and neighborhood history remain alive through exaltation of listed buildings, with the dissemination and exploitation of the same, the value of the preserved property, conservation strategies and maintenance of its characteristics, recommendations for the protected goods that make up the urban atmosphere and the collective construction of intangible assets with the creation of a memory space for organization of cultural exchanges. The result is a guidebook with guidelines for preservation of Marechal Hermes equity to promote the preservation and enhancement of cultural heritage (edified and urban) of Marechal Hermes, informing, guiding, helping to know and understand the heritage that shapes the neighborhood, as way to slow the growth of degradation and mischaracterization of the property, so that the memory of the neighborhood, its architecture and urban atmosphere are maintained for future generations.
