After the Defense of the Professional Master by MPPP, the postgraduate student must deliver to the PGPP secretariat, currently through the insertion of ALL THE DOCUMENTATION IN SPECIFIC DRIVE (request to the secretariat, by e-mail), the following items:
DIGITAL MATERIAL:
- Thesis file in pdf WITH INCLUSION OF THE APPROVAL SHEET (we do not refer to the Minutes, but the sheet with the list of members of the Bank, indicating the President of the Bank), including appendices and attachments in the same file, up to 60 days after the defense with approval. THERE IS NO NEED TO COLLECT SIGNATURES on the Approval Sheet, not even scanned, as stated in Res. 03/2019 CEPG.
- copy of cpf (pdf)
- copy of RG (pdf)
- copy of birth certificate (pdf)
- copy of marriage certificate (pdf) - in case of name change
- copy of graduation diploma (front and back in a single pdf)
- copy of qualification minute - (pdf)
- copy of defense minute (pdf) and requirement sheet (in another pdf), if is the case
- copy of the complete history - with all subjects taken until the defense (pdf)
PHYSICAL MATERIAL:
- 2 (two) complete printed volumes (hard cover) - must be delivered to the PGPP secretariat or sent to the supervisor during the exceptional period for Pandemia 2020. The supervisor (s) will be the CARRIER OF THE MATERIAL and provide the Minutes and volumes to the Secretariat, when necessary.
