Doctor in Architecture from PROARQ at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2011). Master in Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University (2002), where she received the "Creative Achievement in Landscape Architecture Award" - Pennsylvania State University (2000) and the ASLA - American Association of Landscape Architects Merit Award for Excellence in the Study of Landscape Architecture (2000 ). Master in Urban Environmental Structures at the University of São Paulo (1999). He studied Architecture and Urbanism at Universidade Federal Fluminense (1987). Architect and urban planner for the City of Rio de Janeiro since 1992, where he currently works as Macroplanning Manager of the Municipal Secretariat of Urbanism and has been responsible, since 2018, for the operational coordination of the Master Plan review process. She was a substitute professor at the School of Architecture and Urbanism at Universidade Federal Fluminense (2005-2007). He has experience in the area of ​​Architecture and Urbanism, with an emphasis on the following themes: urban planning, landscape planning, landscape transformation and morphology, landscape protection, cultural heritage, public open spaces, Rio Carioca, urban waters and occupation of hillsides.
