Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from FAU / UFRJ (1997), Master in Architecture - PROARQ - FAU / UFRJ (2006) in the area of concentration of History and Preservation of Cultural Heritage and Doctorate in Architecture in the same program (2017) in line with Architecture teaching. She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Analysis and Representation of Form (DARF-FAU / UFRJ). Between 1998 and 2007, she worked as an architect and urban planner, carrying out residential, commercial and urban slum projects. Between 2008 and 2009 she was an architect for the Technical Office of the University (ETU / UFRJ), in the Tombados Property Preservation Division (DIPRIT), where she was head of the projects section. She has experience in the area of Architecture and Urbanism, with an emphasis on History and Preservation of Cultural Heritage, acting mainly on the following themes: architecture, museum architecture, restoration, modern movement and urbanism. She was a contributor to the Museum of Architecture Study Group (PROARQ-FAU / UFRJ). She is a collaborator in the research "The Education of the Look: apprehension of the Geometric Attributes of the shapes of the places", where she studies new resources for the teaching of Graphic Expression and Descriptive Geometry.
