Project, Management and Sustainability of Heritage

It aims to analyze and discuss how the architectural project relates to the other projects necessary for the production of the building, as well as the execution of works in the built heritage and in historic areas. For this, the aspects that impact the design process will be studied and how it would be possible to make the different views of the project compatible with the quality of the built environment. From a systemic view of issues related to the application of Sustainability in Architecture, it aims to reflect, research and encourage environmentally correct and appropriate practices applied to the built cultural heritage, by helping to design the sustainable architecture project and management building, comprising its planning, design, construction or rehabilitation and maintenance phases.
